Professor Dave Goulson’s talk will be based on his new book Silent Earth, Averting the Insect Apocalypse. There will be an informal chat over a cup of tea with RHS Director of Science, Chairman of Surrey beekeepers, Dave Goulson and Gill Perkins from the Bumblebee Conservation Trust before the talk as well as a Behind the Scenes Tour of the new Hilltop Science Centre.
